Mrs. Patmore is headed to ABC. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lesley Nicol has been cast in the network’s new Shondland TV show, The Catch.
Nicol played the cook, Mrs. Patmore, on Downton Abbey.
Details about Nicol’s upcoming appearance on The Catch are sparse, but she will reportedly have a “substantial” recurring role. The actress joins recently cast Nia Vardalos, who will play a counterfeiter opposite the series’ leads, Mireille Enos and Peter Krause.
