Colony: USA Series Pilot Still Available Online

Colony TV show on USA: season one (canceled or renewed?)

As announced last week, the pilot episode of USA‘s new Carlton Cuse series, Colony, has been released online, ahead of its January 14th premiere. The show’s official Twitter account has reissued its offer. To watch the Colony TV series premiere ahead of time, fans must do a little social media promotion of the show.

Colony rekindles Cuse’s professional relationship with Lost veteran, Josh Holloway. He plays former FBI Agent, Will Bowman, with Sarah Wayne Callies as his wife, Katie. Colony is set in an occupied Los Angeles, where Will and Katie are fighting to reunite with their son, who was separated from them, during the invasion.

In case you missed it last week, get the skinny on early access to Colony, from Carlton Cuse:

Here is the Colony premise, from USA Network:

Set in the very near future, COLONY centers on one family’s struggle to survive and bring liberty back to the people of an occupied Los Angeles. SAG winner Josh Holloway (“Lost”) stars as former FBI agent Will Bowman and Satellite Award winner Sarah Wayne Callies (“The Walking Dead”) stars as his wife, Katie, in the series which takes place in a dangerous world of divided ideologies. While some choose to collaborate with the occupation and benefit from the new order, others rebel and suffer the consequences. After being separated from their middle son during the invasion, Will and Katie are willing to do whatever is necessary to be reunited with him. Thus, when the powerful Proxy Snyder (Peter Jacobson, “House”) offers Will a chance to get his son back if he will collaborate with the occupational government, Will and Katie find themselves faced with the toughest decision of their lives. They will have to go beyond whatever they thought possible, risking their lives and their relationship to protect their family. COLONY is a co-production between Legendary Television and Universal Cable Productions.

Is it a little weird to see Cuse without Damon Lindelof? How do you like the sound of Colony? Will you promote the show on social media, for an early look at this new series? Tell us.
