Although last year’s ratings drop might have caused this TV series to crash and burn on an ad-supported network, HBO has brought back its Crashing TV show for a third season. An HBO scripted comedy, Crashing stars creator Pete Holmes in a semi-autobiographical role. Also starring are Lauren Lapkus, George Basil, Ali Reissen, Jamie Lee, Dov Davidoff, Jermaine Fowler, Aparna Nancherla, and Madeline Wise. Dave Attell, John Mulaney, and Artie Lange recur in season three as versions of themselves. The series follows Pete (Holmes), who dives into the cutthroat NYC comedy scene, after his marriage falls apart.
Other guest stars in the third season of Crashing include Ray Romano, Amy Schumer, Estee Adoram, Wayne Federman, Greg Fitzsimmons, Chris Gethard, Kevin Brennan, Elon Gold, Joyelle Johnson, Jessica Kirson, Emo Philips, Colin Quinn, Vanessa Ramos, Modi Rosenfeld, Wil Sylvinces, Marissa Jaret Winokur, and Jaboukie Young-White.
