Deadwood is alive again! Star W. Earl Brown just revealed production on the HBO series’ reunion movie has started.
As reported earlier, the TV movie will be a follow-up to the HBO series, which ended in 2006. The Western drama starred Timothy Olyphant, Ian McShane, Molly Parker, Jim Beaver, W. Earl Brown, Kim Dickens, Brad Dourif, and John Hawkes.
On Instagram, Brown posted photos from the set of the Deadwood movie. HBO has not yet announced a premiere date, but Brown says the movie may be released as soon as May 2019.
