Bravo is headed back out to sea. Today, the network announced they’ve renewed Below Deck Mediterranean for a second season.

The reality show follows the crew of a luxury yacht “as the team faces everything from love triangles to seeing fellow crew members shockingly cross the line with guests.”

NEW YORK – August 22, 2016 –Bravo Media drops anchor with a season two pickup of the breakout original series “Below Deck Mediterranean.” The series, an expansion of one of Bravo’s most lavish franchises, is the network’s fastest growing show over the past three years among P25-54.

“Below Deck Mediterranean” generated double-digit in-season growth in all key demos with the second half of the season performing 30% higher in total viewers, 32% higher in P18-49 and 33% higher in P25-54, versus the first half.  This growth culminated with the season finale (aired 7/26), which became the third-consecutive season high in P18-49 with 1.1 million viewers, and totaling in nearly 2 million viewers overall, according to Nielsen L3.  In addition, the series became a social media standout, as total social engagements grew 162% from the first half to the second half of the season.

“Below Deck Mediterranean” is produced by 51 Minds with Mark Cronin, Courtland Cox, Nadine Rajabi, Temple Williams, and Christian Sarabia serving as executive producers.
