Decker: Mindwipe TV show on Adult Swim: season 3 renewal and release date (canceled or renewed?)

Decker: Mindwipe TV show on Adult Swim: season 3 renewal and release date (canceled or renewed?)

Although the second season of Adult Swim’s live-action Decker TV show — Decker: Unsealed — just debuted on June 4, 2017, Adult Swim has renewed the satirical series for a third season. According to the press release, Decker, season three — Decker: Mindwipe — will premiere on Adult Swim on Sunday, July 16th, at midnight. As mentioned back in May, that way of wording the date drives us crazy. Check your local listings, but we believe it technically airs on Monday, July 17th at 12:00am (i.e. one minute after Sunday, July 16th, 11:59pm).

Decker originally ran for three seasons as an online series. In 2016, it premiered on TV, in Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim block as season one, Decker: Unclassified. Tim Heidecker and Gregg Turkington created and star in the series as Jack Decker Jr. and Jonathan Kington, respectively. Joe Estevez also stars as President Jason Davidson and John Aprea is General Cotter. Guest stars in Decker: Mindwipe include: Todd Rundgren, Don Swayze, Bobby Valli, David Marks, and Carl Gottlieb.

All of American hero Special Agent Jack Decker’s (Tim Heidecker) memories have been erased leaving him with an empty mind in Decker: Mindwipe, the newest installment of the wildly popular Decker franchise. It is up to Decker’s closest friends and colleagues, including master codebreaker Jonathan Kington (Gregg Turkington), to recount fascinating stories from Decker’s past in order to help him regain his identity, and become the man he once was. Featuring Joe Estevez and John Aprea, with guest stars Todd Rundgren, Don Swayze, Bobby Valli, David Marks, and Carl Gottlieb.

The series was created by and stars Heidecker and Turkington, and is produced by Abso Lutely Productions.
