Dexter series finale

Can you believe it’s been a decade since we were first introduced to the killer of criminals? Today, Showtime announced they are celebrating the 10th anniversary of Dexter with an upcoming contest and marathon.

Based on the novels by Jeff Lindsay, the drama followed Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a blood spatter expert working for the Miami police who happens to moonlight as a vigilante serial killer. The cast also included Julie Benz, Jennifer Carpenter, Lauren Valez, David Zayas, James Remar, Erik King, Desmond Harrington, and C.S. Lee.

To honor the show’s 10th anniversary, Showtime is holding a competition where fans can vote for their favorite Dexter episodes. The top ten favorites will air on October 1st.
