Dungeons & Dragons fans can finally be at peace. Series developer Mark Evanier recently reported the long-ago cancelled CBS TV show has gotten an ending in a new Renault commercial.
Based on the popular role-playing game, Dungeons & Dragons is an animated series that ran on CBS from 1983 to 1985. The show centers on a group of friends who are sucked into the Dungeons & Dragons world and can’t get back home.
On his website, Evanier says that although the original Dungeons & Dragons series never got an official ending, the new Renault commercial provides a fitting one. Check out the ad below:
