The Expanse is getting ready for its second season, and the SyFy series has now added a New Zealand born actress to its cast.
Deadline reported that Frankie Adams has been cast as a series regular for season two. She will play Bonnie Draper. The news outlet shared more about her role on the science-fiction series:
“Powerful in both stature and personality, Bobbie Draper followed in her father’s footsteps, enlisting in the Martian Marine Corps at an early age. A born solider, she quickly rose to the rank of Gunnery Sargent, commanding a group of elite troops. When a surprise attack on her squad puts in her in the middle of the growing conflict between Earth and Mars, Bobbie, a fierce nationalist, is forced to question her loyalties and make new, surprising alliances.”
In her native country, she started her career at 16, with a role in Shortland Street. Are you excited for the second season of this SyFy channel series? Are you a fan of The Expanse? Tell us what you think.
