The Flash will return with its fourth season this fall, and the villain for next season has already been revealed. It is a DC villain that was teased a few times during the third season. Savitar even teased the next villain in a scene of the season three finale.
TV Line revealed that Clifford DeVoe, otherwise known as The Thinker, will take on Barry next season on the The CW series. Andrew Kreisberg had already revealed that fans would not see another speedster villain.
