The Flash may be meeting his match soon. CinemaBlend reports season three of The CW series will feature a new-but-familiar character.
The superhero series stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen aka The Flash. The cast also includes Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Carlos Valdes, Tom Cavanagh, Jesse L. Martin, and Keiynan Lonsdale. Season two just ended on May 24th.
Season three will reportedly feature a character very similar to Barry. This major recurring character is described as having “a high level of intelligence and a keen intuition” that match Barry’s own. However, the character apparently has some dark secrets that Barry intends to discover.
Season three of The Flash premieres on The CW this fall.
