What’s This TV Show About?

Airing on The CW television network, Frequency revolves around a young police detective (Peyton List). She manages to communicate with her deceased father (Riley Smith) through time but there are serious and unforeseen consequences to her actions. Can they rewrite the story of their lives without risking everyone else they love? The rest of the cast includes Devin Kelley, Anthony Ruivivar, Mekhi Phifer, Lenny Jacobson, and Daniel Bonjour.

 

Season One Ratings

Telly’s Take

The ratings for this series have been poor and The CW opted not to order any additional episodes. In January, the network renewed seven of their existing shows and new shows Frequency and No Tomorrow were glaringly absent from that list. I think it’s very unlikely that Frequency will be renewed for a second season.
