Is Carlton still dancing? Recently, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star Alfonso Ribeiro spoke with Yahoo about his iconic character from the ’90s TV show.
Ribeiro played Carlton Banks on the NBC sitcom, which also starred Will Smith, James Avery, Janet Hubert-Whitten, Karyn Parsons, Tatyana Ali, and Joseph Marcell. The show ran for six seasons before ending in 1996.
When asked what he thinks Carlton would be up to today, Ribeiro told Yahoo he thinks the character would be working in law:
I would believe that Carlton today… He would probably be either a lawyer or working his way to being a judge. I think he really would have followed in his father’s footsteps.”
