The show must not go on. ABC has cancelled their TV show Galavant after two seasons, Deadline reports.
The musical comedy starred Joshua Sasse as a dashing medieval hero in pursuit of his true love. Mallory Jansen, Timothy Omundson, Karen David, Vinnie Jones, Luke Youngblood, Ben Presley, and Darren Evans also starred.
The show was originally billed as a one-season event series, but ABC renewed it for a second season after it received higher-than-expected ratings. However, season two apparently failed to deliver, earning an average rating of .63 in the 18-49 demo and only 2.436 million viewers.
