Gilmore Girls: Netflix Revival to Compete for Limited Series Emmy

Gilmore Girls is entering the Emmy race. Variety reports the Netflix revival series Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life will compete in the limited series category for this year’s Emmy nominations.

A follow-up to the original WB/CW dramedy, the revival reunited several of the show’s cast members, including Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Kelly Bishop, Scott Patterson, Keiko Agena, Sean Gunn, Matt Czuchry, Milo Ventimiglia, and Yanic Truesdale, for four 90-minute episodes.

As part of the limited series category, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life will be competing against shows like HBO’s Big Little Lies, FX’s Feud, and ABC’s American Crime. But does the limited series mean that’s it for Gilmore GirlsNo more seasons?

That seems up in the air. Earlier, Lauren Graham said she doesn’t see a need for more episodes and Alexis Bledel isn’t sure if she’d do another Netflix revival.

What do you think? Are you a fan of Gilmore Girls? Do you want another revival?
