Justified, Archer, Chozen, The Americans, Legit: Coming in Early 2014

Justified TV showFX has announced that several of their shows will be returning or premiering early next year.

Season five of Justified will kick off on Tuesday, January 7th, at 10pm. The cable channel has ordered 13 episodes once again. This season, Deputy U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) confronts the Crowes, a deadly, lawless family from Florida intent on settling in Harlan with new criminal enterprises in mind. Meanwhile, Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) struggles to free his imprisoned fiancée Ava (Joelle Carter) as he partners with the Dixie Mafia’s Wynn Duffy (Jere Burns).

Animated comedy Archer will return for its fifth season of 13 episodes as well. It comes back on Monday, January 13th, at 10pm. Archer revolves around the International Secret Intelligence Service (ISIS) and the lives of its employees. The series features the voices of H. Jon Benjamin, Aisha Tyler, Jessica Walter, Chris Parnell, Judy Greer, Amber Nash, Adam Reed, and Lucky Yates.

A new animated comedy, Chozen, is set to follow Archer at 10:30pm. “Chozen” is a gay white rapper who’s fresh out of prison. Armed with a new message, He’s on a quest for redemption and to claim his rightful position as the world’s top rap artist. The voice cast features Bobby Moynihan, Hannibal Buress, Michael Pena, Nick Swardson, Kathryn Hahn, and Method Man. There are 13 episodes. This show had been slated to run on FXX.

Season two of The Americans is expected to premiere sometime in February.

Over on FXX, comedy Legit will return for its 13 episode second season in February, paired with the debut of Ali G: Rezurection. The latter includes new introductions starring Baron Cohen, along with the episodes of Da Ali G Show that never aired on American television and The Best of Ali G. The Da Ali G Show debuted on Channel 4 in the U.K. in 2003.
