Hosted by Robert Carradine and Curtis Armstrong, the stars of the 1984 comedy Revenge of the Nerds, the series featured contestants trying to win challenges of intellect, ingenuity and pop culture trivia. The season winners are crowned “King of the Nerds” and awarded $100,000.
Armstrong announced the cancellation via Twitter:
Dearest nerds! Deeply sorry to announce that @KingofNerdsTBS will not be returning for a 4th season. Hard to find words now. #nerdsrule
