Seasons 1 & 2 DVD Set and “Kroll Show: For The Record” Album Both Released Tuesday, December 9

NEW YORK, December 2, 2014 – It’s the culmination of the “Kroll Show” as the critically-acclaimed sketch-uational Comedy Central(R) series, starring Nick Kroll and his cast of characters, debuts its third and final season on Tuesday, January 13 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT. “Kroll Show” comes full circle as we learn the fate of all of the infamous characters portrayed in the series. Coming up this season “Bobby Bottleservice” plays an elaborate game with his fellow gigolos to determine who will be kicked out of the house; “Gil” and “George” pull a “Too Much Tuna” prank on their favorite doctor; “Liz” leaves town to grow out her bangs and join a team of gold miners in the mountains; “Mikey” gets addicted to pills and explores his sexuality on Wheels Ontario; the “Rich Dicks” open a restaurant; and “Dr. Armond” pursues his wife’s killer in Europe.

Joining Kroll for the finale season are a roster of well-known actors and comedians including Aziz Ansari, Kurt Braunohler, Paget Brewster, Bo Burnham, Bill Burr, Jon Daly, Nathan Fielder, Ron Funches, Brett Gelman, Lauren Lapkus, Jason Mantzoukas, Andy Milonakis, John Mulaney, Kumail Nanjiani, Adam Pally, Chelsea Peretti (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine”), Amy Poehler, Seth Rogen, Kristen Schaal, Jenny Slate, Paul F. Tompkins, Derek Waters and Casey Wilson, who showcase their comedic abilities when they make guest appearances and add an elem ent of surprise, with fans never knowing who will pop up next.

Starting December 4, the “Kroll Show” Facebook page will feature the best moments from Seasons 1 and 2. Kroll fans can visit the “Kroll Show” website to see preview clips from upcoming episodes. Throughout the season, fans can follow Kroll’s characters on Tumblr, where they will be interacting with celebrities, commenting on pop culture and inserting themselves into the zeitgeist. Episodes from “Kroll Show” will be available in SD and HD the day after air on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, Xbox Video, Sony Entertainment Network, Vudu, Verizon Flexview and Google Play.

Fans can catch up on the last two seasons on the Comedy Central App and with the “Kroll Show” Seasons 1 and 2 uncensored DVD set, released by Comedy Central Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Media Distribution. The set will be released Tuesday, December 9 and is currently available for pre-order on Amazon.com. Exclusive content on the two season DVD set includes original music videos “LA Deli,” “NTR 2 WIN” and “Oh Armond” from Dr. Armond’s late girlfriend Shannon; Kroll Karaoke, sing along karaoke videos for at home fun; the uncut Armond trial and audio commentaries with the cast and creators.

Also available on Tuesday, December 9 is the album “Kroll Show: For The Record,” released by Comedy Central Records. “Kroll Show: For The Record” features the most musical characters from “Kroll Show” performing songs including the timeless Sloppy Secondz classic “LA Deli” from frontman Nash Rickey, “Wheels Ontario” star Bryan LaCroix serenading his Bryantologists with “NTR 2 WIN,” and much more.

“Kroll Show” is executive produced and written by Kroll and John Levenstein (“Arrested Development”) and executive produced by Mosaic’s Christie Smith. Jon Daly (“Betas”) serves as Co-Executive Producer and actor in the series. Jim Sharp and Monika Zielinska are the Executives in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
