How will The Last Man on Earth end? Recently, creator and star Will Forte teased the upcoming season three finale of the FOX TV show, Deadline reports.
The comedy follows Phil Miller (Forte), a man who believes he is the last human on Earth after a deadly virus has devastated the planet. The cast also includes Kristen Schaal, January Jones, Mel Rodriguez, Mary Steenburgen, and Cleopatra Coleman.
At a recent panel, Forte revealed he has no idea if The Last Man on Earth will be back for a fourth season:
I don’t know. Until you get that phone call where they say they want you to do more, whatever I hear, who cares? It’s just talk.”
If season three is the end of the FOX series, Forte says the final episode will be terrible:
We have left it in a place where, if for some reason we don’t get renewed, it will be the worst last episode of a show ever. It’s like the exact opposite of the Breaking Bad finale.”
