Lucifer had a big reveal at the end of the first season on FOX. Lucifer’s mother will change things on the series. Tricia Helfer, from Battlestar Galactica, has signed on to play the big role on the series, and the actress offered a few teasers about Charlotte at the Saturn Awards. She definitely made it clear that she will enjoy playing the role.
Helfer would not give much away about the new arrival, but she did tease that there are many layers to her. She also said the following to TV Line:
“I heard it put, ‘She’s not really that much older [than Lucifer and Amenadiel].’ But it will all make sense once you see it. Very quickly once you meet her, you realize what she’s about and who she is. So we’re not going to leave people guessing. There’s been enough of that with the concern that she’s escaped from Hell.”
