Made in Jersey: Cancelled Quickly or a Big Hit?

CBS TV series Made in JerseyCBS has found some ratings success with NYC cop dramas Blue Bloods and CSI: NY on Friday nights. New series Made in Jersey seems like it would be very compatible with them. Is it? Will it be cancelled quickly, a moderate success or a big hit?

Made in Jersey revolves around a young working class woman (Janet Montgomery) from New Jersey who uses her street smarts to not only survive but flourish while working in an upscale New York law firm. The show also features the talents of Kyle MacLachlan, Felix Solis, Stephanie March, Toni Trucks, Donna Murphy, Erin Cummings, Megalyn Echikunwoke, Drew Beasley, and Alexandra Socha.

Airing on Friday nights at 9pm, Made in Jersey will be competing with Primetime: What Would You Do? on ABC, Fringe on FOX, Grimm on NBC, and The CW’s Nikita — long-running shows with existing audiences.
