TV show description:
A superhero drama from creators Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, Marvel’s Runaways TV show centers on six Los Angeles teens. After a catastrophe rips them apart, they reunite only to be rocked by a dark secret about their families.

Seventeen-year-old Alex Wilder (Feliz) is the gang’s unofficial leader. This teen tactician is their go-to guy when they’re in need of new strategies.

Astute and articulate, 16-year-old Gert Yorkes (Barer) says what she means and means what she says. Somehow, Gert always finds the courage to fight for what is right.

Unlike the rest of the group, who are concentrating on the latest upheaval, Nico Minoru (Okano) is still struggling to get past her own family’s wrenching loss. It is this 16-year-old who first delves into a potential tie between the current chaos and tragedies of the past.

At 17, Chase Stein (Sulkin) is a real dreamboat. Although he looks like a stereotypical jock, this budding genius may take after his father in any number of ways.

Meanwhile, Karolina Dean (Gardner), seems like the prototype for some picture-perfect church girl. Don’t be fooled, though. There is way more to this 16-year-old than meets the eye.

Finally, at 14 years of age, Molly Hernandez may be the baby of the group, but her youth belies her decisive nature and insight. Although the others sometimes wish she would hold her tongue, Molly is inclined to call them as she sees them.

Upon their reunion, these kids find their world upended by a shocking secret and the realization that everything their parents have told them is a lie. Now, they need to figure out the adults’ ultimate goal.

As the kids dig for the truth, their parents suspect they might not be the only ones with secrets. Will these teens discover what’s truly happening, before their folks figure them out? Stay tuned.
