The master will be back. Variety reports Netflix has renewed their original series Master of None for a second season.
The first season debuted in November 2015.
Created by Alan Yang and Aziz Ansari, Master of None chronicles the personal ups and downs of Dev (Ansari), a 30-something actor who is struggling to find love and his purpose in life. The first season also starred Eric Warheim and Noel Wells.
Earlier, we reported that Ansari was interested in a second season but said he needed time to generate material for it. Now, Netflix has given the greenlight for another season, which will be released in 2017.
