A-ha! The host with the most, Alan Partridge, will be returning to the small screen with a second season of Mid Morning Matters, The Guardian reports.
A spin-off of comedian Steve Coogan’s popular character, Alan Partridge, Mid Morning Matters first began as a series of digital shorts before airing six half-hour episodes on Sky Atlantic in 2012.
The series centers on Partridge’s middling career as a DJ for North Norfolk Digital. Little has been revealed of the story for season two, but Coogan has said the season will be accompanied by a “hard hitting documentary special.”
The second season of Mid Morning Matters will premiere on Sky Atlantic sometime later this year. No word on whether an American network will broadcast the season.
