The Mindy Project is airing its current season on Hulu, and Mindy Kaling spoke about the series recently. The actress revealed that she already knows how she wants to end the series.
Kaling was one of the speakers at Variety’s TV Summit earlier this week, and the news outlet shared her comments.
She said the following about the plan for her series:
“I have an ending in mind. I don’t know when it would be.”
Kaling also spoke about how freeing the move from FOX to Hulu felt to her. She said the following:
“I don’t know what the ratings are. They tell me we’re doing great and that’s it. I think that’s great. I don’t need the Wednesday morning panicky feeling. The ratings from the [night before] govern your entire morning. I’m so happy not to be part of that anymore.”
