TV show description:
This fantasy romantic comedy series revolves around an organized young woman who starts to look at her life and the world in a very different way.

Evie Covington (Tori Anderson) appreciates order and lives a very regimented life. But, this way of life can have its drawbacks. For example, Evie’s on-again/off-again romance with her sweet, but soft-spoken boyfriend, Timothy (Jesse Rath), has sputtered out. Also, Evie’s boss Deirdre (Amy Pietz) — a petty tyrant with breath that could kill a plant — laughs off her career ambitions.

Evie’s life begins to change when she meets a charming, free-spirit named Xavier Holliday (Joshua Sasse). Her attraction to him is immediate and Xavier brings a jolt of joyful, rollicking romance into her life.

He encourages Evie to carpe diem, because it’s more fun that way — and also because he says the apocalypse is coming in eight months and twelve days, courtesy of a massive runaway asteroid.

Mankind’s impending destruction is why Xavier made an Apocalyst — a tally of every last thing he wants to do before the world goes kaput.

Evie’s friends are Hank (Jonathan Langdon), a diehard conspiracy theorist, and Kareema (Sarayu Blue), a droll nihilist. With their help, Evie must decide whether Xavier is certifiable or whether that even matters, if being with him means finally living her life to the fullest.
