Ready, set, run. Nickelodeon has renewed its Paradise Run TV show for a second season. Victorious star, Daniella Monet, hosts the Hawaii-set kids competition series. Paradise Run season two premieres Monday, January 2, 2017 at 7:00pm ET/PT. The first season kicked off on February 1, 2016.

Prior the the second season debut, Nickelodeon will air a Paradise Run sneak peek week, beginning Monday, Nov. 14th. The Thundermans stars Jack Griffo, Kira Kosarin, Addison Riecke, Audrey Whitby, Diego Velazquez, and Ryan Newman are all taking part. Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn‘s Lizzy Greene, Casey Simpson, Mace Coronel, Aidan Gallagher, and Kyla Drew Simmons will also participate. Watch a preview, after the jump.

Nick says, “Fans will see their favorite Nick celebrities pushed out of their comfort zones, as they slip, slide and swing their way to victory.”

In each episode, Paradise Run contestants face new obstacles, like propelling down 50-foot slippery slides. Expect to see them confront man-made volcanoes, giant mud-pits, and zip-lines races into the hotel’s lagoon. The ultimate prize is a “paradise vacation.”

According to the press release, Paradise Run ranked #1 in its time slot with kids 6-11 across all TV, through the season one run. Scott A. Stone executive produces the show with Marcus Fox.
