Peppa Pig isn’t ending anytime soon. According to The Guardian, the Nick Jr. TV series has been renewed for 117 new episodes.
The UK preschool show centers on the adventures of a young pig named Peppa and her family and friends. First launched in 2004, the series has expanded into a global franchise, which includes books, films, and a theme park.
The distributors of Peppa Pig, Entertainment One, recently announced plans to make 117 more episodes of the children’s show. This means the series will be on the air for at least four more years. Plans for U.S. distribution have not yet been announced.
