Primal Survivor Renewed for Season Three on Nat Geo

Deadline reports:

Season 3 will follow wilderness guide and survivor instructor Hazen Audel as he lives with native inhabitants in climates all over the world. In a bid to determine how anyone survives in these extreme places, this season will see Hazen tackle solo journeys in six locations around the world.

A few of the highlights — Off the coast of Taiwan, Audel will battle powerful ocean currents and violent tropical storms in a tiny boat to reach the Tao tribe’s fishing grounds and prove he is worthy of respect. In the Australia desert he will have to avoid venomous snakes and deadly spiders in search of a new waterhole. Wearing thin leather sandals in the way of the Tarahumara, he will have to navigate precarious cliffs, raging rivers and violent thunderstorms on a treacherous run through Mexico’s mountainous Copper Canyon. Other locations include northern Namibia, the Indonesian jungle and frozen wilds of northeast Canada.
