Prison Break has its big return date set, but the series is missing one thing – an entire episode. The revival will air nine episodes later this spring, but the series order was originally for 10 episodes.
What happened to episode 10 of the FOX revival?
Paul T. Scheuring, the executive producer of the series, revealed at the TCA’s earlier this week that it was scheduling that caused a problem. Both Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell were busy filming their new series – DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. That caused the episode count to be shortened.
Per TV Line, he said that, “I’d written a very long-winded road map for the 10 episodes. We just didn’t have enough time for 10 hours, so we conflated two of those episodes into one.”
