Paola Andino, a vet of Nickelodeon’s cancelled Every Witch Way TV show is joining the cast of Queen of the South, for season two on USA Network. Deadline reports she will recur as Olivia “Chaparra” Gutierrez, “a party girl with a brash mouth and a taste for trouble who ushers her best friend Isabela Vargas (Sandy Valles) into the narco-brat lifestyle.”
A drama following a woman who flees a Mexican drug cartel and seeks refuge in the US, Queen of the South stars: Alice Braga, Justina Machado, Hemky Madera, Veronica Falcon, James Martinez, Joaquim de Almeida, Peter Gadiot, Carlos Gomez, Mark Consuelos, Rafael Amaya, Jon-Michael Ecker, Ximena Duque, and Michel Duval. Season two premieres on USA Network on June 8th.
