Set in the 17th century, Salem revolves around the Salem witch trials in colonial Massachusetts. A powerful witch named Mary Sibley (Janet Montgomery) controls the trials by fueling Puritan hysteria as she works to begin the Grand Rite. Her plans are complicated when her long lost love — John Alden (Shane West) — returns to Salem. The cast also includes Seth Gabel, Ashley Madekwe, Tamzin Merchant, Elise Eberle, Iddo Goldberg, Joe Doyle, Oliver Bell, and Samuel Roukin.
