Saturday Night Live: Season 44; NBC Announces Premiere and Guests

Who’s coming to Saturday Night Live? NBC just announced the premiere date and guests for the TV show’s 44th season.

The season premiere will be hosted by Girls star Adam Driver and feature musical guest Kanye West. This will be Driver’s second time hosting the sketch comedy series and West’s seventh time as musical guest.

Season 44 of SNL debuts on NBC on September 29th at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT.

NEW YORK — Sept. 17, 2018 — “Saturday Night Live” will premiere its upcoming 44th season on Sept. 29 with host Adam Driver and musical guest Kanye West.

Returning for his second time as host, Emmy Award-nominated Driver recently starred in Spike Lee’s critically acclaimed summer film, “BlacKkKlansman.”

Accompanying Driver on the season premiere will be Grammy Award winner and icon Kanye West, making his seventh appearance as musical guest. West released his latest album, “Ye,” in June, earning his eighth consecutive No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart.

“Saturday Night Live” is produced in association with Broadway Video. The creator and executive producer is Lorne Michaels.”
