What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the CBS television network, Scorpion revolves around computer expert Walter O’Brien (Elyes Gabel) and his team of brilliant misfits. They’re this country’s last line of defense against complex, high-tech threats. The quirky masterminds have found the perfect job: a place where they can apply their exceptional brainpower to solve the nation’s crises, while also helping each other learn how to fit in. The series also stars Robert Patrick, Katharine McPhee, Jadyn Wong, Ari Stidham, Eddie Kaye Thomas, and Riley B. Smith.
Season Three Ratings
Season three of Scorpion is averaging a 1.20 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 7.23 million viewers. Compared to season two, that’s down by 32% in the demo and down by 25% in viewers. Find out how Scorpion stacks up against the other CBS TV shows.
On March 23, 2017, Scorpion was renewed for a fourth season.
It will debut on September 25, 2017 at 10pm.

Telly’s Take
As expected, Scorpion’s ratings have dropped this season, in part because the show was moved to a 10pm timeslot. They’re pretty mediocre. At the end of season three, this series will have more than 70 episodes and the studio will want more episodes than that for the lucrative syndication package. Based on this, it looks certain, that Scorpion will be renewed for a fourth season.
