Will Sense8 be back for a third season? Deadline reports Netflix has reached out to the main cast for another season of the series.
From The Wachowskis, the sci-fi drama follows eight strangers who are mentally and emotionally linked. The cast includes Tina Desai, Miguel Angel Silvestre, Jamie Clayton, Tuppence Middleton, Donna Bae, Brian J. Wright, Max Riemelt, and Toby Onwumere.
While the actors’ contracts have already expired, Netflix had reportedly offered the core cast new options for a potential third season. According to Deadline, half of the main eight have already closed a deal for the new season and the other half are still in negotiations.
Netflix has not yet confirmed there will be a third season of Sense8. Season two debuts on May 5th.
