Last month, we reported that E! had cancelled their comedy clip show The Soup. Now, the time has come. This Friday, on December 18th, the long-running show will air its hour-long series finale.
The finale will feature host Joel McHale, who began hosting in 2004, in addition to several guests.
Over the course of its many-years run, The Soup took aim at the absurdity of all manner of television. From the teen soaps on ABC Family to the insanity of the Kardashians, McHale mocked it all.
Guest stars for the finale will include: Nathan Fillion, Nic Pizzolatto, Tony Hale, Rob Riggle, Haley Joel Osment, Adam Scott, and Eric Idle.

Host and Executive Producer Joel McHale, who has fronted the show that made him a bonafide star for 12 years, will once again deliver the laughs as he hangs up his signature skinny tie for the last time. As McHale signs off and fans say good-bye to the most infamous green screen in TV history, some of the most memorable celebrity guests will stop by to join in the celebration.
