Who is the culprit on Ten Days in the Valley? Recently, star Erika Christensen spoke with TVInsider about the central mystery behind the ABC TV show.
The drama centers on Jane Sadler (Kyra Sedgwick), a mother and the producer of a new, hot television series whose daughter goes missing in the middle of the night. The cast also includes Kick Gurry, Erika Christensen, Josh Randall, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, and Felix Solis.
In the interview, Christensen revealed the mystery behind who kidnapped Jane’s daughter will be resolved quicker than audiences might expect:
he question of who took Lake resolves a lot faster than one might anticipate, and it sends us off on a whole new aspect of the mystery. Let’s take episodes three and four. In episode four, new evidence comes to light laying suspicion on Jane’s co-workers. And that leads to a very surprising turn of events.”
Earlier, Ten Days in the Valley showrunner Tassie Cameron told The Hollywood Reporter that the end of the first mystery will lead to other mysteries that could potentially lead to a second season. However, ABC has not yet announced a season two renewal and the show’s poor ratings suggest a possible cancellation.
So far, Ten Days in the Valley is averaging a .47 rating in the 18-49 demo and only 3.017 million viewers, making it ABC’s lowest-rated series for the 2017-2018 season.
