Hosted by comedian Jeff Foxworthy, the one-hour game show will return in 2014 with nine new episodes. Grammy winner Kirk Franklin, who joined the show as musical co-host this season, will also return.
Of the renewal, Foxworthy said, “I am happy the show has been received so well and through it we have been able to help many people that are in need.”
Tom Forman, the CEO of Relativity Television, said, “Sometimes a show perfectly hits that sweet spot of exciting competition blended with real heart, and that’s the story of The American Bible Challenge. Our TV and online fans can look forward to another fantastic ride in our third season.”
