TV show description:      
A spin-off of the Donald Trump Apprentice reality series in which 16 contestants compete for a job in Martha Stewart’s organization.

Tasks revolve around Stewart’s areas of expertise in media, culinary arts, entertaining, decorating, crafts, design, merchandising, and style.

The tone of the show is somewhat muted compared to the original Apprentice with Stewart dismissing eliminated contestants with a simple “Goodbye.” Stewart then writes the person a personal letter outlining the reasons for the dismissal.

The final competitors are Bethenny Frankel and Dawna Stone. For a final challenge, Frankel is tasked with putting on a Circus event for the Apple & Eve Circus in association with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Stone organizes a Liz Claiborne Fashion Show and Charity Event for Safe Horizon (an organization combating domestic violence).

In the “live” portion of the episode, Stone is chosen as the winner by Stewart and is hired as the Development Director for MSLO’s Body + Soul magazine, based in a Boston suburb.
