The Big Bang Theory: Would the Cast Make Season 11?

The Big Bang Theory is being called the best comedy ever by some. It is safe to say the CBS series has a lot of fans, and there is no real end to the series in sight.

CBS has already locked up the cast and the series for their line-up through season 10. That season is set to air next year. The big question on everyone’s mind is what comes after season 10?

Would the cast want to continue on with the series for a season 11 and beyond? The answer to that question is a big yes.

Both Kaley Cuoco and Jim Parsons made it clear that the cast is still very invested in the series in comments shared by TV Line.

When asked about the potential for an eleventh season, Kaley said:

“I think it’s a given that we want to be here. That’s the overall consensus. It might be a sticky road, but if I have anything to do with it, we’d be here for much longer. That’s the goal.”

Jim Parsons echoed her sentiment by saying:

“If the opportunity to go past Season 10 came up, I’d be very hard-pressed to tell you who [among the cast] might say no — if anybody would. I wouldn’t. The writers are still so devoted and on top of it. The stories that come out are still so much fun to play — there’s no drudgery aspect to this. I’m trying to imagine when an actor in a good situation would go, ‘I’m out of here!’ I don’t think it would be between Seasons 10 and 11 — not if things are going well.”

Are you happy to hear that the cast wants to continue with The Big Bang Theory? Do you want more of this CBS comedy? Tell us what you think.
