The producers see the show as a “daily boost” for those looking for inspiration to accomplish little victories or in need of a road map for a major change. Each week, the series highlights one woman’s personal journey over the course of five months.

The TV series provides life tips and tools to motivate viewers and to hopefully serve as a catalyst for change. The show features design expert Ty Pennington; style guru Tim Gunn; celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak; OB-GYN Doctor Jennifer Ashton; and therapist Doctor Tiffanie Davis Henry.

Series Finale:
Episode 105
Gunn starts the show by addressing the audience, “It’s a bittersweet day here because it’s our last show of The Revolution. And, on behalf of all of my co-hosts, incredible staff and fabulous crew I want to tell you what a distinct honor and pleasure it’s been to be welcomed into your each day. We thank you all profusely. Thank you.”

Gunn presents summer bargains with People StyleWatch editor Kristen Maxwell and then, the four Daly Sisters’ meet their fitness goals and collectively lose 230lbs.

The show ends with parting words from the five hosts, highlighting their final tips and pieces of wisdom.

Ashton: Find a personal physician that you love and really connect with, not unlike the qualities that you might look for in a spouse.

Pasternak: Enjoy yourself when it comes to exercise and eating well. Find activities and healthy foods that you like and enjoy life.

Pennington: When it comes to design in your home or in your life, trust your gut. If it doesn’t feel right for you, don’t do it. Make it personal, make it you. The mistakes are sometimes a lot of fun too.

Henry: You are who you want to define yourself to be. You’re not defined by your successes or failures or illnesses or handicaps. Those things don’t really matter. What matters most is who you want to be in the future and who you define yourself to be going forward. We are each in control of our lives and have the power to rewrite who we are. Bad things are just a chapter in our lives, not the whole book.

Gunn: Make no excuses and, as I maybe say a bit too much, “make it work.” Whatever you have to do, find a way to make it happen.
First aired: July 6, 2012
