MTV has released a new trailer and five “Meet the Character” videos, in anticipation of the January 5, 2016 series premiere of its futuristic fantasy TV show, The Shannara Chronicles, based on the Terry Brooks books.
“The Ellcrys Tree” trailer teases some of the show’s mythology. Following that are five “Meet the Character” videos, featuring Manu Bennett, as Allanon; Poppy Drayton as Amberle; Ivana Baquero as Eretria; John Rhys-Davies as King Eventine; and Austin Butler as Wil. Enjoy!
