Will The World’s Best return for a second season? Recently, CBS boss Kelly Kahl discussed the future of the TV show, Deadline reports.
Hosted by James Corden, the talent competition series features elite acts from around the world who must impress judges and a mega-panel of 50 international experts from every corner of the entertainment business, known as the “wall of the world.” Judges include Drew Barrymore, Faith Hill, and RuPaul.
During this summer’s TCA press conference, Kahl revealed CBS has not decided whether or not to renew The World’s Best for a second season. If they do, however, the show’s format will be changed:
There were a lot of things we learned over the course of the season and if we were to come back and try it again, we would do some things differently and we’d probably tweak the format a little but we have not made a decision.”
