How you doin’? Back in July, after Chris Evans’ departure from the Top Gear TV show on BBC America and BBC Two was announced, Variety reported it had confirmed Matt LeBlanc would return. Last week at the TCA’s though, LeBlanc said that while he would like to return, nothing had been officially decided. The cast also includes presenters Rory Reid, Sabine Schmitz, Eddie Jordan, and Chris Harris.

LeBlanc’s new Man with a Plan TV show comedy premieres on CBS on October 24th. The sitcom has first crack at the Friends veteran’s availability. Digital Spy made an inquiry to the BBC, to suss out whether LeBlanc and the rest of the crew would return for Top Gear, season 24. According to the report, the Beeb said, “”We have no immediate plans to replace Chris, and don’t expect any changes to the Top Gear presenting line-up going forward.”

Digital Spy reports the British broadcaster had no comment on rumors that LeBlanc has been offered a £1 million deal, to host the 24th season of Top Gear.
