TV show description:
Stunning females and handsome males from across the country come together to live in fantastic accommodations. They’re there to compete in challenges to determine who is truly the most beautiful among them.

The attractive group believes that they’re being judges on outer appearance but they’re only half right. The contestants are also being evaluated, unbeknownst to them, for their inner beauty as well. Besides the obvious contests, they’re also secretly being put through scenarios and situations that will test their ethics and moral decisions.

Each episode showcases both an outer beauty and an inner beauty challenge, during which contestants will be judged on everything from how well they perform in photo shoots to how well they respect their elders.

Three judges observe and critique the contestants’ behavior and eliminate one each week. Only after a contestant is eliminated will the truth about the show be revealed to him/her, as they watch a video montage of their behavior captured by a hidden camera during the shoot.

At the end of the season, one winner is declared; the person who is truly beautiful inside and out. That person will receive a cash prize and a spot in People magazine’s 100 Most Beautiful People issue.

True Beauty comes from executive producers Tyra Banks (America’s Next Top Model) and Ashton Kutcher (Beauty and the Geek).

Series Finale:
Episode 16 — The Final Test
The remaining three contestants — Taylor Bills, Erika Othen, and Craig Franczyk — are brought to a hangar where they’re told that they’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the Vegas nightlife and must show a good time to celebrity Steve-O and his spiritual advisor, Guy Friendly. After a long night and no sleep, the contestants are informed that they must now memorize lines and film a commercial. Erika is the only to complain but no one is eliminated.

Following the challenge, the three are given a key to the “spy room” where the judges have been secretly watching their behavior. They’re shown their poor behavior on tape and then come face-to-face with the three judges. They are each given an opportunity to plead their cases. In the end, Taylor Bills is revealed to be the big winner with a giant slot machine displaying his image. Erika Othen is the runner-up and and Craig Franczyk comes in third.
First aired: July 19, 2010.
