Break out your heels and ponchos. Ugly Betty is back. According to Entertainment Weekly, the cast of the cancelled ABC series will reunite at this year’s ATX Festival.
Ugly Betty ran on ABC from 2006 to 2010. The dramedy starred America Ferrera as an ambitious young woman who seems out of place when hired at an elite New York fashion magazine.
Alongside Ferrera, cast members Eric Mabius, Vanessa Williams, Becki Newton, Michael Urie, Ashley Jensen, Ana Ortiz, Tony Plana, Mark Indelicato, and Rebecca Romijn will be in attendance at the festival in Austin.
From Ferrera:
I am so excited for the Ugly Betty cast to be reuniting at ATX. They are truly my family and we can’t wait to celebrate together.”
As with last year’s Gilmore Girls reunion, EW will be sponsoring this event. The Ugly Betty reunion will take place on June 12th.
