Sam Trammell is headed to NBC. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the True Blood actor will guest star on the network’s new series This Is Us.
From Dan Fogelman, the drama follows a group of seeming strangers who share the same birthday. The cast includes Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Sterling K. Brown, Chrissy Metz, Justin Hartley, Susan Kelechi Watson, Chris Sullivan, and Ron Cephas Jones.
Trammell will play “Ben, the sexy frontman of a hip blues and jazz band.” As reported earlier, NBC has picked up This Is Us for an entire season.
