Is Veronica Mars really returning? Deadline reports Hulu is considering a revival of the Kristen Bell TV show.
The original series starred Bell as the titular Mars, a high school student who moonlights as an amateur detective in the beachside town of Neptune, California. The cast also includes Percy Daggs III, Jason Dohring, Francis Capra, Enrico Colantoni, Ryan Hansen, Teddy Dunn, and Michael Muhney. The show ran for three seasons on UPN/The CW before ending in 2007.
Rumors of a Veronica Mars revival have been around since the show got cancelled, but now it looks like it might really happen. According to Deadline, Hulu is nearing a deal to bring the drama back as a limited series with the original cast.
