You has some new company. Deadline reports Charlie Barnett has joined season two of the Netflix TV show.
The psychological thriller stars Penn Badgley as Joe, a bookstore manager who becomes violently obsessed with an aspiring writer. The season two cast also includes Ambyr Childers, Jenna Ortega, and Victoria Pedretti.
Season two of You will follow Joe (Badgley) to Los Angeles where he becomes intrigued by an aspiring chef named Love Quinn (Pedretti). On the new season, Barnett will be playing “Gabe, Love’s (Pedretti) oldest friend and closest confidant. He’s a successful acupuncturist and psychedelics aficionado living L.A. life to the fullest.”
Netflix has not yet announced a premiere date for season two of You.
