“YOUNGER,” TV LAND’S CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED AND BUZZWORTHY SERIES FROM DARREN STAR, GETS SEASON TWO PICK-UP

New York, NY – April 21, 2015 – Critics and fans alike are buzzing about “Younger,” and TV Land has been listening! The network announced today that its critically acclaimed original series, “Younger,” starring Sutton Foster, Hilary Duff, Debi Mazar, Miriam Shor and Nico Tortorella, has been picked up for a 12-episode second season. The series, which is executive produced and created for television by Emmy(R) Award-winning writer/producer Darren Star, is now in its first season on TV Land, airing Tuesdays at 10pm ET/PT. All episodes can currently be watched for free on Hulu and TVLand.com.

“‘Younger’ is the first step in TV Land’s evolution, and we are very proud to announce a second season,” said Keith Cox, Executive Vice President of Development and Original Programming for TV Land. “We’re thrilled to continue working with Darren, and really eager to see where he takes this story and our amazing cast next.”

“We couldn’t be more excited that audiences are discovering ‘Younger’ and falling in love with our fabulous cast,” added Darren Star. “I can’t wait to have everyone back in New York to shoot season two.”
